Hair regimen: I deep condition 2 times a week after I shampoo, I use Lekair Cholesterol or Kera Care Humecto Conditioners. I trim every 2-3 months. I try to eat healthy. I am extra gentle with my hair...and when braids are worn, I take them out after 2 months and re-do them. I have not employed the Crown & Glory Techniques 100% but I have used some of the techniques and they are good! I just purchased the' Learn To Do Braid Extensions Vide' on hair braiding and plan to use the Crown and Glory method to grow my hair to waist length by December 2003
