Denise's Regimen: When I began THE CROWN AND GLORY TECHNIQUE, I started off with natural 4a/3c hair. Within 6 months of wearing braid extensions, shampoo/conditioning, taking vitamins, using the products recommended by Robin, my hair grew above my waist. I've never had this length in my entire life until I discovered this site. I texturized my hair and even had a hair cut. I continued to employ methods from Robin's technique and my hair grew back right above my waist again. I'm using this technique for life.
